This warranty does not cover damage caused by freight, abuse, misuse, improper use, or unauthorized repairs, or for commercial/rental products used more than four hours a day. REEPLEX is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages from product use. Customers must pay for transport to and from the service center unless within the labor warranty period. The warranty is non-transferable and only for the original purchaser, starting from the purchase date. Coverage includes:
- Frame: 5 years
- Parts: 2 years
- Paint/Finish, Upholstery, Accessories: 1 year
- Labour: 1 year
This applies only to manufacturer defects.
